I am creating Pocket Powerkraut Booklets to empower you to make delicious, safe probiotic Sauerkraut and Kim Chi at home!

Unfortunately I’m no longer making product to sell. Grating  20,000 lbs plus of cabbage and vegetables with a mandolin and cutting with a knife on a board was meditative and meaningful,  but it proved to be too labor intensive over seven years! I could have expanded Powerkraut by investing in machinery for production, but then I would have lost what was so important to me—making food by hand.
